Living on the Rutledge (livingontherutledge.com) is a private wedding website operated by Rutledge Consulting LLC, 337 Apollo Drive, Livingston, Texas 77351 ("we", "us").

What we collect

Information guests provide on their reply card: name, whether they will attend, meal or dietary notes, a mobile number and email address if they choose to give them, and any note they leave. If a guest gives a gift through the site, we keep their name and note so the couple can send a thank-you. Payments go directly to the payment provider; we never receive card or bank details.

How we use it

Only to plan the wedding and keep invited guests informed: sending the invitation link, reminders to guests who haven't replied, day-of details, and thank-you notes.

Text messages

We text only guests who check the text-message box on their reply card. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We use service providers to host the site and deliver texts and email (such as Railway and LeadConnector/HighLevel), only to run the site.

Keeping and deleting

We keep guest information until thank-you notes are sent after the wedding, then delete it. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@mail.livingontherutledge.com.

Children

The site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
